To ensure a safe and pleasant environment for our guests and staff, we ask you to note the following house guidelines:
SMOKING
We ask that you refrain from smoking inside the house, smoking is permitted in the gardens and the pool area.
GUEST AGE POLICY
To ensure a tranquil and relaxing environment for all our guests, our hotel is best suited for individuals aged 16 and above. However, if you wish to book all six rooms, we are happy to accommodate guests of any age.

CELEBRATIONS & VISITORS
Access to the property is restricted to registered guest unless by prior approval from the management
CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY
Cancellations
• Cancellations made within 14 Days prior to arrival will be charged 75% of the room nights booked.
• Cancellations made within 07 Days prior to arrival will be charged 100% of the room nights booked.

No Show
• No-Shows on the arrival date will be subject to the above charges as per the season..

Early Check-Out / Early Departures
• To enhance our guests' experience, we offer the option for early check-in and late check-out for an additional fee.

• Early check-in is subject to availability, and we recommend contacting the front desk prior to your arrival to confirm.

• Late check-out is also subject to availability, and we encourage guests to make arrangements in advance.

DAMAGE TO PROPERTY
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay, whether intentional or accidental. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to furniture, fixtures, equipment, and any other hotel property.

Guests must report any damage they observe upon check-in. Failure to report existing damage may result in the guest being held liable for the repair or replacement costs..
